Long Long Time Since

Wow it's been a long time since I even saw this blog not to mention that it took me more
than an hour to locate it today a lot has happen since and a lot is going on. I am admitting
that i am an on line shopping addict. I am on day 24 clean from three of my nightmare
channels trying to quit cold turkey it's real hard but i an getting there. Now amazon is like going to the grocery store but non my cupboard is pretty full.

Next challenge is to clean house, loose a few pounds and get fit.
